Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one active bak999 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bak999 will suspend all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and confiscate any balances pending review.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are obligated to maintain and promptly update your account details to keep them accurate. bak999 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a National ID card, passport, or utility bill issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

Upon termination for a violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited after a review period. 13. Governing Law & Disputes
